In the few short weeks that I have been here, I have seen wonders I thought could never be - mixed falls of water and magma, giant squid nesting in shallow lakes, and monsters beyond the imagination.
I have constructed a bookshelp to hold these journals, and have made a rudimentary clock to help me establish a better grounding of the passage of time in the underground tunnels - which I have set up with minecarts and tracks, linking one of my previously discovered mines with a further wonder of this world - in my exploration along the seabed, I was pulled down into a subterranean cavern, landing in a lake beneath the sea.
Fighting off the now customary local monsters, I soon established it as a rich resource, and quickly plotted how best to connect it to my now extensive network.
My attempts at this brought me into contact with further signs of prior life - a woodchest containing bread, wheat, and other assorted goods, but most importantly, I found reference to worlds other than this one.
It seems that I may be close to finding out how I came here, if not a way back home.
I must admit however, that I should miss this place were I to leave.
I have enjoyed constructing my own utopia amongst the perils of this land, and I have begun to dabble in harnessing electricity to power my minecarts.
